Biographie

Je m’appelle Jakub Kacper Dampc. Je suis juriste et, à partir de 2026, également stagiaire avocat. Je développe mon parcours professionnel à partir d’une formation académique solide, d’une expérience pratique acquise au sein de cabinets reconnus, ainsi que d’un perfectionnement constant de mes compétences dans un environnement juridique national et international.

Formation

J’ai obtenu mon diplôme de droit à l’Université de Gdańsk en 2025, avec la mention très bien. Mon mémoire de master a été rédigé sous la direction de la professeure Ewa Bagińska, spécialiste reconnue du droit civil. Il portait sur la responsabilité délictuelle du gestionnaire de la voirie publique pour les dommages causés aux usagers et a également été évalué avec la mention très bien.

Au cours de mes études, j’ai été lauréat d’un concours en histoire du droit, ce qui m’a permis d’approfondir ma compréhension de la genèse et de l’évolution des institutions juridiques. J’ai obtenu un certificat de Legal English (niveau B2) et poursuis actuellement l’apprentissage de la langue française à l’Alliance Française.

En 2025, j’ai entrepris des études en France — Master en droit privé à l’Université d’Orléans — afin d’élargir ma formation en droit privé et en droit comparé. En 2026, je débuterai la formation professionnelle d’avocat en Pologne.

Expérience professionnelle

J’acquiers mon expérience professionnelle depuis 2022 en collaborant avec des cabinets d’avocats reconnus à Gdańsk. Depuis janvier 2025, je suis membre de l’équipe de Gautier Gintowt Kancelaria Adwokacka, où je participe à l’accompagnement juridique des dossiers confiés au cabinet.

Dans ce cadre, je contribue notamment à la préparation de travaux juridiques et d’actes de procédure exigeant un haut niveau de rigueur, ainsi qu’à l’assistance dans les démarches auprès des autorités administratives et d’autres institutions publiques.

Ma pratique s’est principalement concentrée sur une approche globale des dossiers de personnes physiques, en particulier en matière de droit civil, de droit pénal et de droit administratif. Parallèlement, j’ai participé à des travaux liés à l’accompagnement de personnes morales, notamment dans des questions contractuelles et dans le cadre du conseil juridique courant aux entreprises.

Je m’intéresse tout particulièrement au droit civil, au droit des contrats, au droit médical et au droit international, domaines dans lesquels j’ai développé mon raisonnement juridique et mon sens de l’analyse au sein de la pratique professionnelle.

Approche professionnelle

Chaque dossier fait l’objet d’un engagement attentif et approfondi. Je conçois le travail du juriste comme un processus exigeant responsabilité, précision et constance. Par sens du devoir et par intérêt réel pour les problématiques juridiques, je poursuis fréquemment l’analyse des dossiers également en dehors du cadre strict du temps de travail.

Conscient du caractère dynamique du monde contemporain, j’accorde une importance particulière à l’adaptation du raisonnement juridique aux réalités concrètes de chaque situation, en combinant les méthodes classiques d’analyse avec une approche moderne, réfléchie et prudente.

Mon expérience antérieure liée à la gestion d’une entreprise familiale m’a permis de mesurer l’importance d’une attention réelle portée aux affaires d’autrui et d’une approche individualisée. J’aborde chaque mission avec le même soin et le même sens des responsabilités.

Je conçois enfin le droit comme une discipline nécessitant un développement continu, raison pour laquelle je lie étroitement la pratique professionnelle à l’apprentissage permanent et à l’approfondissement des connaissances.

TRAINEE ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

My name is Jakub Kacper Dampc. I am a jurist and, as of 2026, also a trainee advocate. I am building my professional path on a solid academic foundation, practical experience gained in reputable law firms, and continuous development of my competencies within both domestic and international legal environments.

Education

I graduated in law from the University of Gdańsk in 2025, receiving the grade very good. My master’s thesis was prepared under the supervision of Professor Ewa Bagińska, a distinguished specialist in civil law. The thesis examined the issue of tort liability of public road administrators for damage caused to road users and was also awarded the grade very good.

During my studies, I was a laureate of a legal history competition, which allowed me to deepen my understanding of the origins and evolution of legal institutions. I obtained a Legal English certificate (B2) and am currently continuing my studies in French at the Alliance Française.

In 2025, I commenced further studies in France — a Master’s programme in Private Law at the University of Orléans — expanding my academic background in private law and comparative law. In 2026, I will begin my professional training as an advocate in Poland.

Professional Experience

I have been gaining professional experience since 2022 through cooperation with renowned law firms in Gdańsk. Since January 2025, I have been a member of the team at Gautier Gintowt Law Firm, where I participate in the ongoing legal support of the firm’s clients.

My responsibilities include contributing to the preparation of legal analyses and procedural documents requiring a high level of precision, as well as assisting clients in matters involving public authorities and other institutions.

My practice has focused primarily on the comprehensive handling of matters concerning private individuals, particularly in the areas of civil law, criminal law and administrative law. At the same time, I have also gained experience in work involving legal persons, including contract-related matters and day-to-day legal support for business entities.

I am particularly interested in civil law, contract law, medical law and international law, areas in which I have developed my legal reasoning and analytical skills through hands-on practice.

Professional Approach

Each matter entrusted to me is approached with careful and thorough attention. I regard legal work as a process requiring responsibility, accuracy and consistency. Out of a strong sense of duty and genuine interest in the cases I handle, I frequently continue legal analysis beyond standard working hours.

Aware of the dynamic nature of the modern world, I place strong emphasis on adapting legal reasoning to the specific circumstances of each case, combining classical methods of legal analysis with a modern, thoughtful and prudent approach.

My previous experience related to the operation of a family-owned business has given me a practical understanding of the importance of individual attention and real concern for the matters entrusted by others. I approach every assignment with the same level of care and commitment.

I view law as a discipline that requires continuous development, which is why I closely combine professional practice with ongoing learning and the deepening of legal knowledge.
